Custom Kit Design for Teams & Clubs

LabGear Teams designs modern, club-first uniforms and teamwear for multi-sport programs — from football and futsal to basketball, volleyball, and more.

We build complete kit systems around your badge, colours, and identity, then bring them to life on performance-tested fabrics.

Designed for Your Sport Clubs and Programs

LabGear Teams is built for organizations that care about how they look on the court, field, pitch, or rink — not just about checking the ‘uniforms ordered’ box.

  • Youth clubs and academies across multiple sports
  • School and college teams with shared branding
  • Adult/amateur and semi-pro teams
  • Training programs, academies, and development centres
  • Multi-sport clubs that need a consistent look from age group to age group

Bring Your Own Design – or Start from Scratch

Already Have a Design?

If you already have kit designs, mockups, or photos, we turn them into a polished, production-ready system.

  • Refine and tidy your existing artwork.
  • Match colours across jerseys, shorts, socks, and staff gear.
  • Align sponsor logos, names, and numbers.
  • Adapt designs for different sports while keeping one unified look.

Starting from a Logo and Colours?

If you’re starting from scratch or want a full refresh, we design multi-sport kits that feel like your club — not like a template anyone can buy.

  • Use your badge, colours, and any style references.
  • Explore patterns, panel lines, and details suited to your sport.
  • Create full systems: home, alternate, training, and staff apparel.
  • Design with visibility in mind: numbers/names readable from the stands and on streaming.

Our Design Principles

We follow a set of principles on every project so your kits look sharp now and stay relevant next season.

Team-First Identity

Your logo, colours, and story drive the design. We build around your identity instead of forcing you into a generic template.

Modern & Clean

We focus on strong shapes, balanced details, and on-trend influences without chasing short-lived fads.

System-Based Design

Match kits, alternates, training gear, and staff apparel are designed as one family so everyone looks like part of the same club.

On-Field & On-Court Identity

Numbers, names, and contrasts are designed to be readable in real game conditions and on video.

Performance-Driven Choices

We consider fabric, fit, and sport-specific demands when shaping each garment and graphic.

The Design Process

Discovery

You share your club details: sports, age groups, logo, colours, and what types of kits or apparel you need.

Concepts in the Lab

We develop initial kit concepts that align with your identity and sport-specific needs, and present them as watermarked mockups for feedback.

Refine & Finalize

We adjust patterns, colour balance, number styles, and placements until the design feels right for your club.

Map Across Your System

Once designs are approved, we map them across game kits, alternates, training pieces, and staff apparel.

Ready For Production

We prepare internal production-ready files and keep your designs on record for reorders and future expansions.

What We Need From Your Team

Visual Assets

  • Your logo/crest (vector preferred; PNG/JPEG acceptable)
  • Club colours (hex, Pantone, or photo references)
  • Any existing kit photos or mockups
  • Sponsor logos that must appear

Starting from a Logo and Colours?

  • Sports you run (e.g., football, futsal, basketball, volleyball)
  • Age groups / levels (youth, adult, academy, school, semi-pro)
  • Items you’re considering (game kits, training, staff, accessories)
  • Any must-have or must-avoid styles (e.g., no vertical stripes, prefer minimalist)
  • Rough season timing (e.g., “before fall tryouts”, “off-season refresh”)
Most of this can be shared directly through our Start a Project form.
If anything is easier to send by email, we’ll guide you after your first submission.

What You Get From The Custom Design Process

Concept Mockups

Used during the design phase so you can review options, share with decision-makers, and give feedback.

Designs Saved for Reorders & Growth

We keep your designs and specs on file so you can add teams, age groups, or new sports later without starting from scratch.

Final Approved Kit Renders

Clean, non-watermarked visuals of your final designs, suitable for sharing with players, parents, and your community.
